Post prep bod to today.
Its taken me about a year to get my body back to what it was before my bikini prep last year. I had to get over some weird habits and relationships I had developed with food but that's all in the past.
I'm getting ready for my powerlifting meet in December then focusing on a kettle bell certification in February. After that I may play with getting on the stage... But I'm not sure. The platform feels more like home.
